Our Story
Ryan Gisclair and James Bayard co-founded Capital South Wealth Management, LLC in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Early personal experiences with financial advice that fell short of expectations influenced both founders’ decision to pursue financial planning as a profession. They met in 2012 as they were entering the industry and discovered a shared belief that clients benefit from thoughtful, transparent, relationship-driven advice. That shared vision ultimately led them to establish Capital South Wealth Management, LLC, a firm built around client service, integrity, and transparency.
